Company ProfileOur Board of Directors I. James Adams, President and CEO Mr. Adams attended Penn State, Berks Campus with a major in Business. Mr. Adams comes to us with over 30 years of various types of creative sales experience in the following areas: the commercial end of the retail market, the transportation industry and the commercial debt recovery industry. Marie Winters, Senior Vice President/Primary Sales Manager Ms Winters has a BS Education, 21 post grad credits in Educational Media and 30 post grad credits in Education, all from Millersville University. Ms. Winters has joined this firm with 17 years of intangible sales experience as a Senior (Engineering) Recruiter ("Headhunter") /Manager and as an Account Executive for commercial debt recovery agencies. David Andrews, COO/Collection Department Manager Mr. Andrews brings over 13 years of experience as a Senior Collector in the commercial debt recovery field. Mr. Andrews had previously worked several years in the automotive industry after being honorably discharged from his service in the U.S. Navy. Maureen Andrews, CFO Ms Andrews has a BASW from the University of Pittsburgh and attended the California University of PA. She currently owns and operates Pets, Plants and That.
