Our collectors have the experience to know MANY "avenues of persuasion" in order to recover monies quickly and efficiently. Our collectors are able to determine whether "debtors" are unwilling or unable to pay and then determine the best possible solutions. The "Soft or Asset" Approach: If a client has a debtor who has been an "excellent customer" in the past, but has become a "debtor," our collectors are usually able to recover the money, while retaining the customer for our client. Customers are not that easy to find and if a debtor can be "reformed" or perhaps needed time to recover financially, it makes sense to attempt to salvage the relationship, while still recovering the money owed. The "Hard" Approach: If a client prefers to want his money but chooses not to continue the relationship, our collectors know how to handle the matter very aggressively. Our staff has over 40 Years of experience. We want to work with our clients in order to achieve the BEST possible SOLUTIONS for their commercial debt problems. We act as an EXTENSION of our clients' credit departments. Most clients have in-house people who are able to handle the majority of their debtors. We help with those DIFFICULT ACCOUNTS that are in the minority. Some small firms find that it is more COST EFFECTIVE to hire our firm to handle their receivables and credit problems for them in order to save money on hiring office personnel, with the added expenses of salary, overtime, social security, workers compensation, etc. We value our CUSTOMER RETENTION, whether for their difficult accounts or for all of their accounts. While many agencies STATE that private investigators are used regularly, in reality they are used very rarely. When they are used, problems often arise. A firm does not need to let a private investigator in their building nor do they need to speak with him. If the debtor does talk with him, it usually causes anger, as well as embarrassment, causing the debtor to become obstinate rather than cooperative. The debt is already a problem. Why cause MORE problems?! We believe in causing fewer problems and recovering MORE money! Many agencies tout how they can help with litigation, "should it become necessary." A client does not need an agency for that! An agency should recover the money owed themselves. That's our job! Some collectors work a difficult account briefly and then pass it on to a less experienced collector who then suggests litigation. OUR collectors are all highly experienced and work ALL accounts - no matter what the amount of money involved! - diligently for fast recovery! Litigation is RARELY necessary!
