Is there a contract?

No. We do have an agreement in order to protect both our interests.

Are there upfront costs?

No. We work strictly on a contingency basis; if we don't collect we don't get paid.

Where does Adams & Winters provide services?

We collect only commercial accounts receivables anywhere in the world. We can collect regardless where the debtor is located.

How old a debt can you collect?

As long as the Statute of Limitations have not run out.

How old a debt do you accept?

We will accept debts for collection, which are less than two years old. Any account(s) placed must have a minimum of two hundred and fifty dollars.

When do I place accounts with an Agency?

1. When the account becomes 90 days or more delinquent.

2. When all forms of communication ceases.

3. When Inquiry discloses financial difficulties.
