Where does Adams & Winters provide services? We collect only commercial accounts receivables anywhere in the world. We can collect regardless where the debtor is located.
How old a debt can you collect? As long as the Statute of Limitations have not run out.
We will accept debts for collection, which are less than two years old. Any account(s) placed must have a minimum of two hundred and fifty dollars.
When do I place accounts with an Agency? 1. When the account becomes 90 days or more delinquent. 2. When all forms of communication ceases. 3. When Inquiry discloses financial difficulties.
